This one-day workshop is designed for managers who do not need to learn English from scratch, but who want to express themselves with the same professional confidence as in French. We work on real situations from your daily life as a manager, not generic exercises.
At the end of the day, you will leave with the structure, vocabulary, and reflexes to speak in English with clarity and authority.

9:00 AM · Welcome and kickoff
Roundtable: in what situations does English hold you back the most as a manager? We start from your realities.
9:30 AM · Opening and framing a meeting
Starting a meeting, setting the agenda, distributing the floor, refocusing the group. The phrases that establish authority from the very first seconds.
10:30 AM · Conducting a call with a parent company or foreign partners
Presenting a point, reacting to a difficult question, managing a disagreement with diplomacy. Understanding even when things move quickly.
11:30 AM · Announcing results and decisions
Commenting on a figure, explaining a discrepancy, defending a strategic choice. The vocabulary of reporting without unnecessary jargon.
12:30 PM · Lunch break
1:00 PM · Briefing your team
Give clear instructions, set priorities, reframe without offending. Direct management English in everyday situations.
1:45 PM · Manage a difficult conversation
Refuse a request, deliver bad news, express an unmet expectation. Stay professional under pressure.
2:30 PM · Simulations
Meeting, call, briefing, difficult conversation. You are in the situation, we correct, we refine.
3:00 PM · End of session
